Fledgling flash

Bruce Yolton called early this morning with a report on the fledgling. She [yes, that seems determined now] was in a pine tree near the Heckscher playground. Bruce watched her for a while, then left her under the supervision of a park Ranger. The parents have been seen near the former nest site, but not in the vicinity of the fledgling. Yet. Let's see what happens now. If only the hawks read our web sites. You'll see more info and photo's on Bruces site: http://www.urbanhawks.blogs.com
