On ebirdasnyc today, birder ANDERS PELTOMAA provides a link for the Rufous Hummingbird that has been living near the Planetarium entrance of the American Museum of Natural History since December 14,. He writes:

Happy Valentine's Day all,
The intrepid female Rufous Hummingbird is still here and seems to be doing just fine. It's molting and the feathers on the throat area have grown back in. Today it is exactly two months since it was discovered. This bird has really given her answer to the whole "capture/rescue vs leave it alone" discussion - love and leave me free. http://youtu.be/dNZKuj3Mro8

Of note in Central Park today was a juvenile Sharp-shinned Hawk in the Oven.
