Today [5/20/13,] Anders Peltomaa writes via ebirdsNYC:

Hi all,
An Olive-sided Flycatcher was seen perching in dead tree southeast of Azalea Pond at 10:15-10:25 am. It seems to favor this location and return every now and then.

Just happened to have some old records around and see that on May 11 1999 I saw my first Olive-sided Flycatcher of the spring on a dead tree southeast of the Azalea Pond [maybe the same tree!]  And in 2000 I saw an Olive-sided Flycatcher on the same tree on May 13th.
